Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the service or by emailing us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonk Scope, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses arising from your use of the service or any decisions made based on its content.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
